am i a sex addict, i cant stop wanting it?

im in my mid twenties, have a girlfriend and i always want sex more than her. I think about sex almost all day. I will be doing something and then someone will say something that makes me think about sex, or someone will walk past wearing perfume and i think about it. I want it all day and all night. Help
