Always hungry

Have you had blood work for diabetes ?
or
Being nervous can make a person want to eat more.
When you do feel hungry, try drinking water between meals.
Snack on veggies if the water does not take care of the hunger.

I think the problem is not so much how often you eat (eating often is healthful), but what you're putting in your mouth when you do. You need to eat better foods- the less processed the better. You are on the underweight side (I assume...I don't know how old you are or how tall), but so was I until I was in my late 20's. Eating complex carbs with a good balance of protein/carbs/fat/fiber will help.

You really do sound hyperthyroid to me. I was exactly the same before I was diagnosed. The blood tests aren't always reliable. Do you have any other symptoms? Heat intolerance/nervous/anxious/shakey/increased bowel movements/light or infrequent periods/ changes in skin, hair and nails/rapid heart rate?

Yeah, I still think it could be thyroid issues. I am always hot, sometimes a little hyper active, and I do occasionally have a rapid heart rate. But the other symptoms I don't have.
