Im black, and i have natural hair =] its really curly and shrinks up A LOT!!! like my hair is past my ears and touching my collar bone when you pull it down to see the length, but it shrinks up almost past my ears, but i always twist it out to stretch my hair.. anyways i have super duper thick hair and basically i have to comb it every night in the shower with conditioner and water. now i dont have a problem with that at all, and sometimes i dont do it every night because im lazy. the most ill skip without detangling my hair is 2 days. my hair is very very very curly and kinky and i just wanted to know if any other curly girls have to comb their hair a lot too. i just trimmed my hair to see if it would help with the tangles but it doesnt.. no matter what i do i think my hair is always gonna tangle easily.. thats why i try not to touch it a lot because it doesnt help =p So my question is do any other girls or guys out there have to detangle their hair as much as i do? i only comb my hair once a day (unless i skip a day) to prevent breakage. and for my hair, tangles=breakage= not retaining any length =]
