always feeling car sick

I am 24 years old. I have felt car sick for a while now. It comes and goes. I never throw up I just get real nausas, weak, hot flashes and a headache. Often times it is worse in the car. But If I eat something I feel better but that's only a temporary fix, the feeling comes back shortly. I know Iam not pregnant since I have taken a test. What could be the cause? Please HELP!
 
whitney01: Get yourself checked for diabetes and celiac disease. They're both autoimmune problems. Start there and tell the doctor what's going on.
