I don't live by a track or open field anymore so I can't do my favorite off season sports routine, what I would do is sprint 50yds then jog 150yds, rinse and repeat. I do happen to live by gym and I know the owner so I get free gym time alot. Think of a small LA fitness, same machines just a fewer number, swimming pool but no basketball court(which was my first alternative choice)
My off season cardio wont be complete without this drill/workout, ANY thoughts will help even if you think it is stupid...thanks in advance
