Explain it to me in laymen terms so I get it. I've read the article... But my mother and aunts who are majoring in criminal justice swear that a lady who is nineteen could get in legal trouble for kissin' huggin' and sex with a guy who is sixteen. I don't see how though?
Hypothetically speaking, if the said above events are taking place/ have been taking place for the past several months are either of us in trouble with the law?

'S not statutory in anyway.. sexual battery or assault of a minor is the only thing I see possible.
