This is everythin that happend, i was 19 at the time, i was drinking at a "friends" house.. while drunk, this 22 - 24 year old guy, thats my "friends" brother sucker punched me and we went at it, my "friend" separated me and him, took me to the side and sucker punched me too, i left cus i could of been jumped by both or all of them, there were other people there too (their friends) (not mine)
so i left and crashed, bad with this other guy, i had no passengers and he had no passengers, we went to the hospital, he got broken bones like 2 of them, and i got braindamage, injured spine, had surgery on my stomach cus some veins popped, my head was leaking blood to my brain, but luckily were both ok, and like a month or 2 later cops showed up and arrested me, i got a felony cus of that, and my dad bailed me out, ive had 3 courts already, and now i think this is my last one, for my sentencing ima get 0-120 days of work release, probation and dui classes, ( oh i never been in trouble with the law, no tickets, never been pulled over, or anything) my question is what would they give me for sure, im kinda nervous because like i said i never been in trouble with the law and im attached with my family.. I was in jail for about 2 days and now i know im never ganan do anything to go back, and would they really give me probation? And if they do for how long would i be in it?, i dont really drink i did that day because it was my "friends" bday.... So if ur a cop or know preatty good or just wana say some thing i really need those answers, and sorry for it being long
