Someone please defend Pat for abusing Catwalk and Linda for BEATING a blind horse. I would like to know how his cult followers can possibly defend any of that. You can dispute people's personal experiences with him all you want since they're not public knowledge but the Catwalk incident and the blind horse incident are publicly known.
Also, please defend the hypocrisy of his method where he claims you and your horse are equals and that it the natural way that horses act together, when anyone can look out the window at a herd of horses and see that horses don't act like that.
Thanks
I guess one person's utterly confused and scared to death horse is another person's disrespectful monster... Maybe you saw a different video but I have seen a video of her trying to lunge a blind horse and she smacks it with her hand and the rope multiple times and it is clear that the horse in the video has no clue what she is asking and it is also clear in the video she has no clue how to lunge a horse or how to work with a blind horse.
@Barefoot...once again YOUR ignorance amuses me as it always does with every answer of yours I've ever read. People have been training horses using real methods for thousands of years with no problems. Look at cutting horses for example. They are some of the BEST trained, well mannered horses in the industry and hardly any are trained with Parelli because it rarely works. You just never cease to amaze me with your ignorant comments. Parelli's slogan "Think like a horse" is BS. In order to think like a horse you have to think how horses act in the herd and if you can find a horse that walks up to another and says "excuse me, can you please move over so I can have some hay too" and the other horse moves over and says "certainly have all you want" please film it and share it with the rest of the world because in the real world of horses, not the majikal world of glittery ponies, they kick and bite and pin their ears. Parelli might as well be teaching them Chinese for all the good it'll do
