I originally wanted to go straight to a BSN and did all of my classes to attend a 2 year RN program and also have everything to get into the BSN program. The BSN program acceptance about a year ago was a GPA of 3.8. Because of my Micro class (which I did as a hybrid......never do that!!!), my GPA dropped to 3.5, so no BSN right now.
Anyway, because of life circumstances, I needed a job yesterday!! I was thinking of trying to get into an LPN program for now, then bridge later when things are a bit different.
My question is with having every class done for entry into the RN program, how long would the LPN program take? I keep reading 12 months and can't access the website info for the school that would work for me (along with any contact info, they are rebuilding). Would any of those extra classes make a difference??
Thanks to anyone with insight! I am disappointed with the whole situation, but things happen for a reason!
