Already have aftermarket stereo, want to change it, need to rewire anything?

I have a JVC KD-LH1100 in my 2002 Cavalier that was properly hooked up by a professional. I bought a new JVC KD-HDR50. When I change it out, will I have to rewire to the harness that came with the new one, or can I just plug the old harness into the new stereo since it is the same brand?
