Already have a Mortgage on Parent's Home, do I qualify for First Time Home Buyer

Tax Credit? My parent's house's mortgage is to my name, the deed is to my parent's. I have not lived in their house for more than 4 years. Me and my wife purchased a house in August of 2009. We previously rented apartments, and this is going to be our first home together, and our primary residence.

I claimed my parent's home on my taxes, do to the fact that I am helping them tremendously (most payments) on their mortgage (but I am not on the title / deed).

The question is: Do me and my wife qualify for a first time home buyer credit on our own house?
