My wife and I went to the dealer today to pay for my MSF class in a couple of weeks. I was looking around at a few Street Glides and talking to a salesman. I looked at a Black 2010 with 10,000 miles on it with some upgrades for around 20k. Then I pointed at another black SG about 5 bikes down and said "what about that one?". He said I dont know ,lets look at it. Then he said that its the 2011 that they just got in and that he dont have a price on ,but he'll find out.
He came back and said that he could let me have it for MSRP which was 21,170 which included abs and cruise. He said a thousand down would hold it for up to 30 days until i'm finished with my class or they would deliver it to my house. I walked around for awhile then finally told him I have to think some more before that big of a purchase. He told me to take my time and if I decide if I want it I could do the deposit over the phone if it isn't sold.

Been home for about 4hr and all I think about is that bike. Man I got the itch bad.

Yea they sure a purty on the floor. Harleys have the best looking paint and colors imo. I wouldn't buy nothing for msrp. They need to start eating some of them for a while. They make your buy upgrades to get them the way they should have been from the start.

There's just some itches that Calamime lotion or Benedryl won't cure. I'm in the same boat waiting until after the first of the year. I'm 57 and feeling like a kid waiting for a Schwinn Sting Ray.... I feel for ya brother. At least I've got something to ride until then.

I haven't rode in several years, thats why I'm taking the MSF class. I'm planning on waiting until after the class to buy one. But that was one sweet looking scoot, even the wife thought it was sharp.

Just a stock street glide with abs and cruise.

And Carlo , I live in western Kentucky.

I just need to stay away from the dealership until I'm ready to buy.

they are some really good deals out there on used ones right now also.......

peeps out of work & winter comin' on......just shop around you'll find what your looking for i'm sure........
