Ok so I had alltel until yesterday and I called and checked my usage to ensure my plan was the same and everything went over smoothly and accurately with the transition and everything and my plan checked out except the mycircle 5 deal. When I was with alltel I had a mycircle message pack 400 so that I could get unlim mobile msges also unlimited mycircle msgs to and from any of my 5 numbers. Well I sent over 135 msgs in just 1 day most were mycircle numbers of which were free with alltel but not with at&t. I use that feature a lot and don't think it is right that they downgrade without my knowledge. I know u all can't do anythingh about it but if anyone else having this problem? What do u think they will do they told me for $20 I could had unlim msgs but I wouldve done that at alltel and got 10 mycircles instead of 5 but I wanted to save about $28!
Alltel transition to at&t a pain for any 1 i need so guidance?
