My question is a multiple one. I was with Alltel and had a renewed contract (with warranty) that all got pushed to Verizon in the transition.
1. My phone is broken - do they still handle the replacement the same way - i.e. $50 deductible?
2. If so, they no longer offer my phone (Motorola Hint or Raspberry). What will they replace it with?
3. If they will not replace it, I have my other Alltel phone that I had disconnected since I no longer needed 2 (Motorola E815). I've been told that Verizon may not activate it. This phone was offered on both Alltel & Verizon networks under the same brand/ model. Why would they not activate it? Both networks are the same CDMA. Got any answer for this?
