Alltel Samsung Delve Internet?

For the past couple of days, I have been trying to use the internet on my Samsung Delve, but it keeps saying "Network Unavailable, try again later".

Its been later,
now I'm starting to worry that something is wrong with my phone.
Could i have a virus, or is it just the company?
