So I recently heard of Alltel, later finding out it has merged with Verizon. I'm planning on receiving a phone off eBay. I want to know if you can still put an Alltel Plan (2 features for $0.75 a day) on the cellphones. If so, does the phone need to be Verizon or Alltel?
