I have been with Alltel for over 8 years now and recently their service has been horrible. I have to go out in the middle of my yard to get service. They tell me that I have to pay $200 to end my contract early. I've been told that their was a lawsuit against Alltel and that they cannot hold their customers in thier contract when they don't have service. does anybody know what that lawsuit was and how do I find it for reference when I call them?
