I pay my bill on time each month.
astonished an operator told me my account was in collections
And they now prevent me from texting to my daughter
I got perisistant to find out what is happening to me unfairly
after many phone calls to verizon and getting differant operators
I finally got a person who said that I am not in collection and asked for me to forgive the other
verizon operator who told me this as I am in good standing
Also I asked why am I being blocked to text my daughter? when texting is on my account
she said eventually they are going to push me to being a verizon customer
i was with alltel for over 2 years in good standing
I am not too happy about verizon and their dishonesty
anyone else having problems like this with verizon?
