ALLOW COMMENTS FOR YOUR WEBSITE for FREE with an HTML CODE?

is there any way to do this i just made a site and i only want html codes and a place where people can leave there comments so does anyone know of such a thing
 
You will be best off using PHP, I dont think you will be able to do it using HTML alone.

The above link is to a very good website that gives you the scripts for free, follow the instructions and you should be fine. If its not what you are looking for the searching for "free php comment script" in the engines will return loads of results.

Yeah, it's a javascript code. I'm not sure of the exact code and I'm pretty sure it's just a simple form...... not quite sure tho. just google html input box.
