allergy???

Hi everyone,
I have this itching condition that comes every after 3 days.
I have to use cetrizine to stop it or else once it gets into the second day of itching its really unbearable.
I have had blood tests for syphilis and they came out negative.
I also thought that it was due to change in diet however I haven't changed my diet in any way. I also shower warm or boiled water.
I tried showering cold water for a change but to no avail.
I also know that cetrizine should not used for a long time or else.

You can use cetirizine for life, if you want. I've taken it for years. You should probably have allergy testing...
 
have you kept a journal of what you eat/drink, vitamins, anything you do for a month or so?
