Allergy testing results

I had the skin test today and I was positive for Milk, Tuna, Beef and Peanuts.

I am on Zytec, Zantac and have to carry epi pen. He did a ton of blood work too.

I really liked him. Immunologist and Allergist.........Oleander
 
Wow! Now that is a tough group to eliminate from fooRAB! Dining out will be hard but stand tough and demand to know what is in things like a gravy...ask them to take a picture of the ingredient list with a cell phone if possible(I loved the waitress that did that).

They may balk, but boy, having to call 911 is a lot more erabarrassing if they don't co-operate!

At least I know now..... I already knew I was allergic to Milk. But the others? The only thing I did suspect was the beef since it was the only common denominator in my last 2 reactions.
