I have been have a stuffy noise - when I get up in the morning I start blowing - then I clear my throat all day. For the last few days I have been having shortness of breath - just can't get that deep breath - all day - I went to the ER 2 weeks ago - I had my hair highlighted that day - by that night I was totally panicky with the feeling of not getting that deep breath - they did tests but said was probably anxiety - then 2 days later I felt ok - all week ok then last Friday here came the breathing problem again - still like that the doctor Monday - said to start taking Lexapro - I tried it - got really feeling bad, diarrhea, spacey headed and heart racing - so I have stopped that. I am just wondering if allergies can cause this! I do have ativan I take some nights before I go to bed - and the doctor a couple weeks ago gave me an inhaler to try. This gets scary!!!
