Allergy induced asthma?

Actually sounRAB like you may now have full blown asthma. Try to get an appointment with a pulmonologist or allergist at your earliest opportunity -either at home or at college.

If the dorm you are in is fairly old there may be a mold problem that is causing tiredness and problems breathing. Have you been tested for mold allergies?

It is actually a fairly old dorm...and no, I haven't been tested for allergies. Also, since the problem is still occurring when I'm at home, it's probably something that's everywhere, and my house doesn't have a mold problem, although my room has.

Because things other than cardio are causing symptoms. EIA is only when doing cardio. Allergy induced is only when faced with an allergen.

Hmmm...well, I have an appointment at the peRAB at 2, so hopefully I'll get something out of it.

The doctor said I definitely have some pretty bad allergies, most likely to something that's airborne, so she told me to get Zyrtec. She also said that asthma is a likely possibility, so she prescribed Ventolin. I have to go back in to see how things are the next time I'm home which will probably be Thanksgiving, but possibly before...and if things don't get better, she said to call and they could get me started on a controller med.
