allergies or not

this thing is making me insane.after each sleep whether it is day or night i wake up with stuffy nose.for the first hour sneezing and a lot of sneezing and then it deminish with time.am i allergetic to something or what? i don't now.
 
Could be dust mites as they are very prevalent in bedding. Have you tried an anithistamine? At night time, you could try a benedryl and see if it helps (it amkes you sleepy so I wouldn't try it in the day time).
 
Just wanted to say that Benadryl doesn't make everyone sleepy. I'm one of the oddballs that it doesn't. People ask me how I take it during the day and not feel tired/want to sleep, and it's just that my body doesn't react to it that way.
 
It might be your allergic to dust mites. Wash your bedding in HOT water weekly. Also, if you get seen at an allergy clinic they can do a skin prick test & you can get allergy shots if you want. Antihistamines would help. Good luck
 
I also have this problem where I will start sneezing uncontrollably in the morning when I wake. I notice it happens a lot when I sleep with the windows open and the weather changes. My nose gets really dry and it causes me to sneeze.
