Allergies and nerves

Unfortunately over the last few weeks ive developed anxiety problems after having a bad bout of my sinus allergies which ive had bad for 6 weeks now. What i wanted to ask is do people think or maybe even know if nose allergies can iset the nervous system off regardless of anxiety problems or not? Sometimes i get sensations like 'tingly' feelings which seem to be coming from the top of my breastbone down to the stomach. Its not pain, just 'sensations'. My doc says allergies can very well play with the nerves in that area. Anyone else experienced this? Thanks.
 
My anxiety got really bad this year after I was diagnosed with allergies. I think though it was more due to my reaction to the allergy medicine my doctor initially put me on rather than just the allergies. They had me on singulair, xyzal and astelin and I felt worse than I did before the medicine,

are you taking anything for your allergies or do you ever take anything for your anxiety?
 
hi there. ye, ive taken just about everything for the allergies and nothing stopped it. Im on beta blockers (propronolol) for anxiety. Unbelievable ive gone like this because of my sinus'! but thats what they can do when you feel constantly light headed and banging ears.
 
Yes, I believe you can have anxiety with allergies. I know I do. Not sure how to fix it.
