allergies and ate too much help?

i have bad allergies right now. i have been sneezing non stop and i have a runny stuff nose. i cant taste food or anything, i been on vacation and been taing like crap as well. so now my allergies are making me feel like crap and my stomach is all messed up from what i have been eating. how can i feel better?
 
sounds gross but my grandmother told me to put vapor rub on the inside of my nose and it helps you breathe trust me, I hate taking claritin and all that shit, since i never feel it works and oranges or orange juice sometimes soothes my stomach
