errrrrrrrrrrgh. I hate them.

I have severe allergic shiners, have had them as long as I have known haha. I have congestion aswell (allergic rhinitis). Anyways, I've recently "noticed" or payed attention to my nose over the summer and decided to get tested. I have allergies to a buttload of stuff (grass, trees, alternaria), only one food "allergy" (corn) but its only a +1 (the weakest), there's basically no way to get away from corn either. Anyways, I've been on every medicine imaginable (singulair for about a month, flonase, veramyst, claritin, benadryl, zyrtec, azelastine, patanase) nothing helped. Afrin helps a bunch with the congestion, nothing with the shiners though. These are the most severe shiners that I know of :\. Anyways I'm wondering if allergy shots (i was told it might take 6 months to first feel benefits though) or turbinate reduction would do anything in helping. If I rarabled, I'm sorry I've just been depressed knowing theres something that I could do about it. Anyone have any ideas? I live in the midwest btw, so everything is frozen over and I'm still affected. I've searched for mold with no results. I have no idea what to do :\

Oh and working out helps with my congestion aswell. I also get sinus headaches alot as well, I've been to an ENT and he suggested turbinate reduction but I'm scared of empty nose syndrome
