That is a very unfair and unbalanced question. It is almost impossible to debate the affirmative side. There is nothing really convincing to argue. I would try and appeal and get the question changed to “Should there be pay TV at all?”.
Apart from that……I think you could try and twist the question around a bit. This is the question “All women sport should be shown on PAY TV”. You could argue that PAY TV channels are showing primarily male dominated sports, thus excluding a large part of the viewing population. PAY TV is usually viewed from a household, which is more than likely to include female members. Here’s the point. It makes a lot more sense commercially for PAY TV channels to reach out to females. This can be done by showing a variety of women’s sports on PAY TV. Note, this is not the same as the other interpretation, “woman’s sports should be shown exclusively on PAY TV”. You could then add stuff about female athletes as role models, or facts such as the USA woman’s soccer team has constantly performed better than the men’s team, the William’s sisters outperforming men’s tennis players in the last few years etc.
