all sports people i have grey pants with stain dirt how do i get it off?

so i have grey pants for my softball and i need help on how to get stains out of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is u have any idea that would help thanks
 
soak them in Tide and rub them with your hands to loosen the stains change the water and put them into the washer with new water and detergent keep the lid up this way when the wash cycle ends they will soak a little longer in the soapy water at least 30 minutes, lower the lid and let the cycle finish make sure that the rinse water is clear and free of suds.
 
You may also try using the original Crest toothpaste. I get the dirt and grass stains out of my daughter's white softball pants with Crest and a toothbrush.
