All of a sudden good at sprinting, bad at jogging when it used to be vice versa. WHY?

I love running. My typical form of running was long distance jogging, which was my forte, whereas sprinting was my ultimate weakness. Lately when I go on runs it seems I can sprint and not get tired but jogging wears me out. Why the sudden switch? This is weird and very unexpected and I never thought I of all people would be able to run FAST for a good distance. I'm a little upset my jogging is out of whack. I always usually did long distance jogging cos I was good at it and a little more fast running when I take my friend's dog for a run. But what, have my muscles restructured themselves? What happened? Can someone explain to me why my body seems to have changed? (18 y/o female 5'3 127 pounds medium build size 4-8 depending on brand mostly wear 6) if that information on my build and age is any help at all, I put it in just in case the other info wasn't enough.
