All my health problems, all my life...I think caused by mild dehydration!

All my life, I have been suffering from poor mental health (depressed/sad feelings, mood swings, anxiety, even hallucinations) and some chronic physical health problems as well, including constant stomach upset, headaches, light-headedness (especially when standing up) feeling easily worn out and exhausted by heat, lots of trouble sleeping and more recently, a LOT of trouble getting out of bed in the morning..always feeling so weak and exhausted upon waking, even if I get plenty of sleep! reoccurring bladder and UTI infections, etc.

Thinking back on my childhood, I was never really encouraged to drink water and rarely did. I mainly drank sodas, milk, and juices. Now that I'm older, I drink coffee too, which is even worse. I don't think these beverages hydrate all that well...they act more like diuretics...well, basically they are.

Since I've been reading more about how good it is for you to drink plenty of water and all of it's benefits, I've really noticed and pay attention to how much better I feel on those days when I've drank more water than usual--more energy, improved mental clarity, a more positive attitude, and it's a lot easier for me to get out of bed and get going.

I'm really starting to believe that a lot my problems..maybe ALL of them have been caused by never been in the habit of drinking the needed amount of water. Thought I'd share this for other people to read. Maybe it will help someone else with similar issues/symptoms.
