All my fish are acting skittish for some reason?

I have a 20 gallon tank, It has completely cycled (just come out of the cycle actually) I have a gold fish, two tetras, two golden dojo Loaches, one red Mollie, and 9 ghost shrimp. My Goldfish, My Tetras and my Red Mollie are all acting skittish. Does anyone have any ideas why?

My goldfish comes in and out of being skittish but the others i labeled as acting skittish are always skittish.

Tank is around 74-75 degrees F
 
Our tetras & mollies always act zany. Watch to look for an aggressive fish that may be bumping hem on purpose, I've seen that!
