I really really want to get an iPhone 3GS. Is there going to be a new version coming out soon? Anyways, the cheapest plan is 70$. Does AT&T offer any discounts or any type of cheaper plans? I would like to keep it with the internet data, so I know it probably won't be any cheaper.
