Ok I been on a very strict diet And have been eating one meal a day I have lost 25kg so far by eating once a day and exercising now I just want to start eating normally again without gaining weight as I'm prety happy the size I am now I'm just scared if I start eating normal I will gain weight and I really don't want that as I've worked so hard to accomplish loosing the 25kgs and I just can see myself been fat again I use to weigh 90kg now I'm 65kg and would like to remain under 70kg so please if anyone has been in the same situation as me can use help me or if use no how to recover from eating one meal a day thank you alot and to all the people that answer this question much appreciated
