Hi,
My PC recently got infected from a website when I was doing some research on new computers to buy...
Today I done a virus scan using AVG Free, and the list of infections is vast.
It's listing basically all my HTML files and lots of .dll files.
I do graphic design/html web design, so i have lots of HTML files which I've designed for people.
I would like to know will all my html files really be infected, or is it just because there's a virus affecting my web browser/s?
And,
If i remove these infections will all my work files be deleted?!
My scan is still running so I've yet to click remove.
Really, thanks if anyone can help.

Also noticed... The html files which show are infected are only the ones that are in folders on my desktop (at present...scan still in progress)... Is my desktop infected?
