all four brakes locked up on my 2006 pontiac g6 where to start looking?

no abs
started with the front brakes locking up moved in to a parking lot, front brakes smoking, went to move the car and noticed and noticed that the back tires were dragging in the snow. This also happen in the summer, front brakes smoking, changed the front calipers and the hydrolic hoses has worked until now
