All electronics in my jeep quit working?

but it cranks and runs. no lights, no gauges, no radio, no windows, no adjusting the seats.

Sometimes they will come back on for a little while but then cut back off.

Alternator??
 
Not the alternator.

It's a wiring fault. Look for corrosion/loose wires at all the fuse/relay boxes (might be more than one under the hood).
