this is from XTTEL or CHINA STAr C507 full flash spiderman type.Pinouts is printed out onto back side of main pcb : gnd;vbat;on/off;rxd;txd and can be seened when the battery cover is removed.

P.S I forgot to tell that also must be removed and T-Flash card
