if i did not back up file before fomart, is there any way to correct that erro i have too n95 china phone and . i have flashed the phones. now , all i get is white screen all and the phone seems to be working well but just white screen. please get solution

Hi,
I got today a Phone GPS PDA coming from china, model X1 GPS. It has a direct key to GPS. After doing a reset, when I press the GPS key I'm getting a message like "the file " cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. you might need to reinstall or restore this file". Could it be because I deleted the file? Is this related with the flash file? Let me know. Thanks in advance.
