I don't know what type of your jeck....so i have this (keyboard up..... 12rx 13tx) tested pinout for cect-c1000

I am not sure which of type is your phone and Jeck but i am sure that your problem can solve
please follow the Instructions
If your phone's cpu is MTK6225 you'll use this pinout

1,2,3 GND
8 TX
9 RX

And if your phone's cpu is 6205 you'll use this pinout


1,2,3 GND
7 TX
10 RX

As i say that i don't know which of type is your phone so May be it can't work for you.
Therefore you can also use pinout by this procedure

1=gnd
2=gnd
8=gnd
6= tx or rx ı am not sure
10=rx or tx ı am not sure
13=vcc
14=vcc

Show here result after get access or not!

Therefore i said always to show always complete info about your phone to get pinouts you can see many posts like as in many threads
