Alien Vs Hunter - Is this legal?

I was amazed to see this is somehow at #4 in the Woolworths Budget DVD Chart. Unbelievable!

Surely this can't be legal? There must be a lot of very gullible and very disappointed people out there who thought they were getting a new film in the Alien series.

While most of The Asylum's "mockbusters" merely seem a bit cheeky, the cover for Alien Vs Hunter blatantly nicks designs from Fox's Alien series. Having said that, I really admire the nerve of these people as they seem to be operating just within the law.

Caught a few minutes of Transmorphers on Zone Horror yesterday. The quality acting and dialogue made Garth Marenghi's Darkplace look subtle!

IIRC, it was something like "Mitchell is a goddamn loose cannon, but he's the best damn soldier we've got!"
