I dont get this problem.

Problem-Automobile tire pressure increases about 1 psi (pound per square inch) for each 10'F increase in air temperature. At an aur temperature of 55'F, a tire's pressure is 30 psi. Write an equation that models the tire's pressure as a funtion of air temperature.

Me- ok so I keep getting 1p=10x, (1 psi= 10 degrees X), but if that were true, 55'F would = 5.5 psi's, so what am i doing wrong? but my main question is whats the answer and how do i do the problem?
