hi my names martin, stoped drinking alcohol about 6 months ago after heavy drinking for the last 20 years, problem is now if i have one or two beers at the weekend to relax after a week at work i have 2,3 even 4 days after the beer of feeling like im gonna die funny feeling in my chest; heart racing; sweaty palms, light headed can,t focus on my work because of this feeling its scary what the hell is it, is it the alcohol ? im 41
