If a company or individual is interested in producing a new product, in this case a alcoholic beverage how would they go about to find the regulations so it can be sold in any particular state in the U.S? for example, a malt beverage, there is the new "four loko" and that has a alcohol content of 12% by volume, and others like "mikes harder" of 8%. So i suppose the end all be all question is, where can someone find the regulations for the production of an alcoholic beverage, specifically the maximum alcoholic content a malt beverage is allowed to have to legally be sold. and are there any other regulations??
