Alcohol and vitamin deficiencies?

How bad will this be if I have only consumed moderate amounts?

Whate are some good fooRAB to eat for a vegetarian? I have heard of banana smeared with peanut butter, a bowl of cereal or dairy products?

I would imagine this is less of a worry for meat eaters as they can just eat meat which is high in most of the vitamins that alcohol depletes. Should a vegetarian be more concerned.

How much of each vitamin does it deplete? This way, I can know what to eat.

ps i don't like to consume vitamins apart from omega oils. I would rather get them in my diet.
