Alcohol and Acne

Hi, I find that whenever I drink alcohol I break out TERRIBLE. I mean, I havn't drank since last July, and have been breaking out continusly anyway. But I find whenever I drink then I get the big cysts and everything.

Does everyone else this problem, are there actually any links between alcohol and acne, I mean, I always say I am allergic to it, do you think it's just a coincidence that whenever I drink (have drank) that I would break out, or is there an actual connection.

So, Anyone else break out after a night of drinking?
 
Alcohol puts stress on most of your organs and makes them less efficient. Many alcoholic drinks feature sweeteners or yeast which cause spikes in blood sugar or feeRAB candidas. In addition, specifically with wine, alcohol throws of your PH and could have an effect on some individuals. Alcohol also increases your chances of indulging in trigger fooRAB, smoking, or other activities that might not reflect well on your skin.
