album artwork wont show up on ipod! ! !?

-i have a 3rd generation cube ipod
-the album artwork sows up on itunes but not on my ipod after its disconnected
-i havent messed with any settings for my ipod
-it started doing this after i connected it to my sisters computer n we had to restart it cause the computer froze
-plzzzz be descriptive when explaining your solution for this problem
-please help me! ! !
