I'm seeking court precedents on the manufacture of methamphetamine in Alabama. What I'm needing to know is: has there been any rulings/legislation etc that have been set that say what chemicals are used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.
I've spent the past two days searching and have come up nearly empty handed; and with nothing that can be used for what I need.
Example: If someone is stopped while driving and they have: coleman fuel, lithium batteries, instant cold pack, drain cleaner, air line tubing, and several two liter bottles (but no pseudoephedrine) shouldn't they be able to be charged with something just for having all those chemicals to make meth? But I am searching for a previous court case to affirm my thoughts.
I'm not seeking someone to do all the leg work for me, but if you can at least get me going in the right direction it would be great. and I have tried the AG office; and most other sites that google and yahoo have pulled up but to no avail.
