AL21 can't connect with Joker

Can someone tell me why this handset can't connect to joker.When I connect the comport cable to the computer, connect the handset and press joker on the joker software,start shows but when i press the ON key on the handset the phone just goes on.I have not done the testpoint yet.I tried another AL21 and everything worked fine.
 
I don't want to flash,i want to unlock but joker seems not connect with this phone.I tried another AL21 and after starting Joker and pressing the ON button,there was a coonection bw the phone and joker
 
...maybe "another" AL21 phone have cut way (testpoint)....
Try to use C55 cable with autoignition option.

Does that have any effect when the com cable can't connect with joker?.Handy just goes on when I press the power button

If you use the cable with autoignition, you only start Joker and not needed to press the power on button, your phone will started automatically in the Service Mode. Without cutted the way, your phone go on (if you used C55 datacable and press the power button) or only pulse the charging icon to the display (if you used cable with autoignition option and don't touch the power button). You needed to open your phone and verify if the way is cutted or not. See on attachement.
BTW, use C55 serial cable (or DCA500), not the other datacable.

It is like you don't reall understand my problem here.I have 2 atl32 handset to unlock.The first have no connection with joker,even without cutting the testpoint,when you start joker and START comes up on the other side of the window,if you press the power button shortly you notice that at least you have connection between the handset and joker.I forgot exactly what it tells you.Normally I perform this action before ever I cut the testpoint.The first handset have no contact with joker but the second one did and I then perfomed the testpoint cutting and unlocked it successfully.Even if I cut the tespoint of the first handset,it would still not have contact with joker.

I have the same problem, AL21 (almost new piece, i need reset user code...) doesn't connect with JOKER, how did you solve this error?

i'm also having a similar problem. i am trying to unlock siemens al21 using joker 0.3.5.4 but can't get the phone to connect. is it absolutely necessary to make testpoint in order to unlock al21 with joker?

Hera I have tot AL21, both phones are unlocked, I dont want to unlock any of them, I just want too play a bit with it, reads it langpacks, and flash one of them with lg91, I CANT CONNECT any of these pieces to joker.

I put the cable and Start, when I press power button nothing happ;ens, joker doesnt detect the phone for anythting.

If I remove the al21 and insert an a75 and press power it's detected on joker.

If ohone is switched on to normal mode, and I press Info button nothing happoeens with both Al21, if done with a75 it successfully reads all of the Info.
so it is not a cable problem, unless AL21 needs a special designed cable.

Im reading the poist related to the track cut, I dont think it is the problem, but I will try with one of them to see if after cutting the track it can be detected by joker...

anyone has a better recommendation ?
 
track CUt, pinout rearranged to 2,5 - gnd, 3 - tx, 4 - rx, still not succeess, al21 phones wont be visible by any application, simoco, joker, sst, etc, but the rrest of phones works any suggestion? this time Im using a Direct COM Cable, not an USB2serial

Please someone POST !!!!
 
Its Like cf62, deep cut wont recognize hand set. In cf62 if u cut deep than it wont accept sim, And In Al21 if cutted deep it wont recognise by Software. If u have microscop then u can repair it.
