A Anubis New member Jul 18, 2009 #1 I mixed some Ajax with water and made a paste. I spread it all over my hair to bleach it blond. I left it on for 2 and a half hours, but all it did was leave "burns" on my scalp, my hair is still black!! Did I not leave it on long enough?
